The platforms use AI-assisted tools to help candidates prepare standardised EU-format CVs and submit their applications.

Iterate Three Technologies d.o.o. acts solely as a digital service provider. It does not operate as a licensed employment agency, nor does it conduct employment placement in the legal sense. The company provides the digital infrastructure that simplifies the preparation of application materials and facilitates the initial connection between candidates and organisations seeking talent.
